Great place to stay in Traverse City

Very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly. Location and views of the east bay are awesome. Close to many restaurants and far enough from downtown. The beach front is large, clean and would be great for kids.

Comfortable stay, and great staff!

Great service. Amazing view of beach, clean sand. Our room had not been vacuumed before our arrival. There was popcorn crushed into carpet and sand. Towels had random stains on them but staff was quick to replace with clean towels. Very busy road and hard to turn out when going places.

Nice rooms facing the bay. Very clean and comfortable and conveniently located. Enjoyed an evening soak in the hot tub after a long day of wine tasting and exploring.

Amazing views!

The view of the lake was beautiful, the rooms were nice, clean well decorated and quiet. The balcony was also a nice size and something you can't get everywhere. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and the kids loved playing there. Breakfast options delivered to the room were good too.

Keep looking.

Hotel is very old, elevator bumpy and noisy. Bathroom from the 1980 needs a major update, beading and mattress was well over used, Lots of maintenance needs to be addressed. Broken door handles, etc. No water preassure and water was luke warm at best. Propery says no smoking anywhere, but staff cant bother to clean up cigarettes butts. Front desk un helpful and rude. Was not told that the hot tub was broken, when we asked to use the one at the sister hotel, after being ignored they finally agreed to allow us to drive over and use it, telling us: " well just because this one is broken" oh thank you! Since we are paying real money to stay at this old hotel / motel. It was not free and you are advertising pool and hot tub. So yes we expectd it to be operational Breakfast was a joke, they delivered it to the room. Very small terrible cup of so called orange juice, a unripe banana and a grose gas station muffin. Yuck! Only 1 night mistake for this girl, moved over to Hilton Tru. Thank good! This one has alot of customer service learning to do from hilton
