An iron board and iron in every bedroom. Sockets near the tall mirror. When asking for token from the concierge if it can be clear where the laundry room is and that the key card must be activated in order to use the facilities in the laundry room. Better instructions. Was told to go left when reached to level 11 and it’s actually on right. Better washing powder and it to be clearly labelled. Had been searching high and low for it. Provide washing detergent.

Panda hotel is a great stay. Although located way out of the city area, it has several conveniences such as gym and shopping mall (just below!) Rooms are big (relative to average size in HK) and clean too

Only have tried one day breakfast, bread, croissants and muffins are dried. I didn’t get there till 9:30, may be it is closing down. High rate to the shuttle bus driver, he is excellent and friendly. Too bad we didn’t get his name. We used four times of the shuttle bus service, that was a bonus. The location is excellent, close to everything. Airport bus right at the front of the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated, otherwise we are happy with the hotel. For sure will stay again next time for the location.
