While the hotel met the basic needs for a short stay, the lack of amenities, the odor issue, and the customer service experience made it feel below average. With improvements in these areas, the overall experience could be much better.

The room was absolutely disgusting.It was like being in a crack hotel where somebody got murdered. The furniture was absolutely filthy.It looked like it had been picked up from the side of the road.It was nothing like the pictures showed.And somebody should be held responsible for that.I believe they're the booking site should be held responsible for allowing this and not keeping up on the condition of the hotels they're advertising and then the health board should be called. All the way from out of state and that's the room that I was put in , and it was room 206 , we checked out that same day within about an hour , because there was no way I was going to sleep or touch anything in that room. I still haven't done a review on Yelp, but I'm planning on calling the healthy department on the hotel.Fall advertisement and you guys that help rent these rooms out need to keep on top of these hotels. The staff knew they had to refund us immediately because I took pictures of the filth that they tried to put us in. Room 206

Room was super clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The only thing that I didn't like much is that there was a gap under the door and all the noise from the 10 came in. I couldn't sleep well, but other than that, absolutely no complains. They were great.

The room was obviously a previous smoking room. There were burn marks on the furniture and the chair was so dirty I didn't want to sit in it. The TV was stuck to the furniture from a previous spill. There were holes in the blackout curtain and everything was pretty dingy. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property. The staff was helpful and maintenance came to help me get back in when the batteries died in the key lock. So not a great stay. Will not go there again.

The house keeping in charge was very rude. Was not helpful. Standing at front desk talking to Lisa and when another staff member came up started talking, I was ignored. I had to say that I was still here to get their attention.
