Well-Located but Not a Great Stay

The beds in 303 are old and tired. Generally the food in the restaurant, and one of the servers, did not measure up to Hilton standards.

Everything was great with the exception of being no cash. That caught us off guard. Also there was no one at the little market when I went down to get a coffee. I waited a while and then my husband went back down. The lady was not super friendly or knowledgeable about the coffee. I wanted decaf. She had no idea If it was decaf or not.

Did it once, not again!

Just a fair stay for the price. Parking $28 per night is a deterrent for us. Bathroom so small, hardly room enough to turn around. Would stay somewhere else next time for $100 less.

Our stay was nice. When we arrived our room was left open and our room was unserviced. Our bedding was laying in the chair and on the table. We went to the front desk and they were quick to remedy the situation. Plus our rooms ac wasnt working very well. That was the worst thing with our stay. They were very busy this weekend but staff stayed pleasant from what I witnessed. Would definitely stay again.

As a business traveler I opted to give the Doubletree a chance in Tulsa, OK. Very nice hotel however it was not without a few problems. The issues felt big for me but when I went down to the front desk they helped me immediately. The staff were more attentive then other hotels. Problems happen but the immediately response made all the difference.

They charge you for coffee downstairs in the morning $5. They were touchy about drinks in the dining room area with small kids and then $27 for parking, when room rates were not that great to begin with. I won’t go back. Other hotels in downtown Tulsa are better.
