Perfect Stay

On the way from Wisconsin to Texas, we wanted a quick stop to rest for the night and not only was this hotel affordable but it was really a nice stay. I will definitely be back on the way back to home. Friendly people and great room.

Always Satisfied

The first room I was in wasn’t cleaned fully. I was very disappointed at first but they moved me to a different room that was clean and comfortable. I tend to stay at this hotel each visit to Tulsa because I hadn’t had a bad experience there as of yet. The only complaint I have is the rooms do not have small refrigerators in them. Which I find odd because it states that it’s a resort style hotel.

I booked a room for a guest of four. Had only two towels and I called several times to the front office to request more and no one ever answered. I called the 1800 # to request and never received the towels. I stopped the room service rep in the morning and that was the only way I was able to get the towels needed.

The check in process was smooth, except for no pool towels available nor was any available at the pool. The room itself was decent but extremely dusty. The tray that held ice bucket and coffee hadn't been dusted in a while. There was a hole in the wall behind the door and one of the shelves in the bathroom was broken. The staff though were extremely nice and friendly. Pool area was nice. Love the fact that after 9, no children are allowed.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and informed valet was complementary. The check in process was smooth and she relayed many details regarding amenities to our stay. We visited the Coney Island restaurant in the casino our first day; food was hot but lacked in flavor and the buns weren’t steamed. We enjoyed a few games on the floor and went for a swim. The pool is large enough you don’t really bump into others and the hot tub has plenty of room also with good jets. Although, the hot tub bench and floor are crumbling, leading to loose concrete on the floor of the tub and pulling of your suit or shorts when sitting on the bench. That evening we visited the Thunder Bar, enjoyed a few drinks and the game; barkeeps were friendly and polite. Day two we returned to Thunder bar for a breakfast of eggs, hash-brown casserole, bacon and toast. Would have liked to see some fresh fruit options too. My husband had the breakfast quesadillas. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. Upon returning from our outings that day we again went for a swim around 8 pm or so. There were zero towels in the bins, I returned into the hotel and asked an employee for towels. She stated that they were in the dryer and would be brought out soon. I returned to the pool got in expecting towels shortly. Over the next hour I watched the bins and towels never arrived. We had to ring our suits out, dash back to the room cold and soaking wet. I checked out our window about an hour later, no towels.

Great stay. The msjor issie is the smoke hits you right when entering looby to check-in. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Heard live band one night also, which was good entertainment.
