I Absolutely loved this place, except that there’s no lights at night inside the rooms. I totally understand the concept of being in the jungle but they should at least provide some real lamps if guest requires. Still I think it’s magical.

Love tulum and azulik

Super sexy, eco resort right on the beach. Love the atmosphere. Took some getting used to no lights at night. I wished i couldve blow dried my hair. Bed was so comfortable! Will definitely be back.

I enjoy the perfection in ambiance because I was on a solo trip to relax fully and let go. I singed up for a cacao ceremony and to my surprise I found such healing to reconnect with myself. Usually you would look at this place and think it’s just an Instagram place, but no, it’s a magical place blessed with the Madre De Maya✨ known for true transformation. Come here even if you are wanting a time to yourself. The dragonflies speak, the water speaks, and especially the caring staff. They truly cared for my experience of such enjoyment.

I would consider this hotel to be overpriced glamping. It’s a cool concept, however, I believe it’s over priced for the quality of the accommodations. In hindsight, I would just visit this hotel for the sunset on the roof and stayed at another hotel. We booked two nights and left after one night.

This resort probably had some of the worst service I have ever received. I would avoid at all cost. I have been to Mexico 20 times in my life in this would be in the bottom two resorts I have ever been to. The aesthetics are beautiful, but that’s where it ends. You have a personal Angel, basically a personal concierge that’s supposed to help you with all your needs. However, they are super unresponsive and not reliable. They say they will do something and it either takes hours or never happens. Room service goes until 10:30 PM, the angels leave at around 5 PM, so there is no way to order room service after 5 PM. Also, it does smell like sewage in a couple different spots on the resort. Beach is nice. Again no service on the beach. Nobody comes to take your order. Maybe it was just my experience as this was a girls trip and tend to not respect women.

Was our first time staying here Definitely isn’t what you expect many reasons why I wouldn’t come back one and first thing done This place has no PRIVACY what so ever anyone can look at you showering and in the rooms We had to put up blankets around the showers the water is salty so feels like your showering with ocean water staff is friendly and helpful but take forever to take bags to rooms Also there is No Light in the Rooms only candles which is hard to see or even do your make up and there is only on plug in No Chance Of taking heels you’ll break a leg trying to walk around the hotel It’s extremely expensive to dine there tulum is expensive and overpriced compare to other locations like Cancun , Cabo etc you can travel to Dubai for less money then what you’ll spend out here Taxis just for down the street is like 500 pesos which is a rip out All bars /cubs charge fees up too 2500 pesos just to enter Don’t go for what you see ok tik tok They make it seem like it’s amazing when it’s Not!

The place is so magical! Beautiful everywhere however, the service about everything was VERY slow. Food was so overpriced and not good. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights bc the couple above us were very loud until 3am and we could literally hear everything they were doing. If they had showers, lights and wifi in the room, it would have made our experience a little better. I don’t recommend staying there more than 1 night. I’d go there just for the view, that’s about it.
