Presently this directly oceanfront, five-bedroom, 4.5-bath features a private pool, hot tub, and exclusive walkway leading directly to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Upon completion, Villa by the Sea will embody a luxury coastal aesthetic, blending open, light-filled interiors with breathtaking front-row panoramic ocean views. The top floor will serve as the home's centerpiece, where the kitchen, living room, and dining area will all overlook the beach and ocean. An ideal space for gathering, dining, and watching sunrises over the Atlantic. Just as it is now, the primary suite will remain on the top level, offering a tranquil retreat with oceanfront views and direct access to the upper decks.
