Great stay

Very smooth and enjoyable stay. First time travelling with our 7 month old baby so were a bit apprehensive, but staff were very helpful and accomodating to our needs amd request. Would stay here again when visiting Udine.

Nice, quiet, clean rooms in a convenient location with parking facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside is that the internet was terrible: very spotty and slow connection and we continuously had to relogin. At times, it was impossible to connect. That fact alone would make me reconsider staying there again.

Good location in Udine

Big and comfortable hotel with a large room a short walk from the city center, parking is included and the breakfast was fine. However I didn't like the service, the staff was bored or very nervous about everything, I don't appreciate yo be called at the phone in my room 1 hour before the check out because they want to know when I leave, or to be ousted from the breakfast room because they have to organize the lunch when the staff hasn't started to take away the breakfast buffet and that breakfast was not limited on time. So they were quite rude, just take it easy guys!

Vollkommen ausreichend für eine kurze Stadtbesichtigung in Udine. Lage relativ nahe (fußläufig erreichbar) zum Stadtzentrum. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und alles da was man braucht. Auch die Zimmer zur Straße sind auch gut für eine ruhige Nacht. Einzig das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und könnte ein größeres Angebot haben. Speziell warme Gerichte, wie Eierspeisen fehlen. Auch frisches Gemüse Obst ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Eine Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad sicher zu verwahren und dort auch zu laden ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht.
