The room was okay and the bathroom was spacious. We liked that it had a fridge and little “kitchen” area. The linens could have been a bit cleaner looking (stains) and the pillows on the bed are square - which was a bit hard to get used to. Overall though, the beds were still comfortable, the air conditioning good, and everything worked. I would stay again if in the area.

Only one staff the young man who worked overnight saturday was visible and helpful there was clean towels / washcloths There was an abundance of evidence that other guest was in the room we stayed in . Ex: ice bucket top was filthy ,finger prints and smears on the headboard , water rings on the end table and coffee tables showing that cups was sitting there , sofa cushions not set in place and 1 was unzipped , sticky pink glitter in the shower handles got on my hand but i realized it was someones body wash or something , toilet seat not clean And I was actually OK with all of that it is a hotel i took a hot wash cloth and wiped everthing down WE CAME on this Trip FOR A TOUR /ACTIVITY ONLY ONE NIGHT STAY but my disgust came when we came back from the activity and wanted to sleep and noticed dirty linen at first glance looks like a proper made bed until we went to get into the bed the tucked parts of the linen was filthy OF Course white stains im not talking stains im talking dirty so I sat in the desk chair and then layed down in my car until the sun came up and we left. In hindsight I should have complained but i was so overwhelmed once i noticed the bed and recollected when we arrived you could see piles of linen on the floor next to laundry machine behind check in counter so my faith that i woud get clean placements was slim. Maybe staff is overwhelmed or there is a poor performer or 2 . Comfort levels are personal for me I need a clean bed to rest most importantly.

Or stay at this hotel was our second time and it was an OK stay. Our TV didn’t work and it turned out to be the remote. We were given half dead batteries that didn’t work either and our Internet was out most of the time we were there. The breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. The workers there were helpful, but they did use a lot of four letter words that patrons could hear. This hotel is in the main shopping and dining area but if you plan to walk anywhere, there are no sidewalks and a lot of fast moving cars.

This property definitely met our needs. It’s hard to find 3 beds (2 beds and a pull out sofa) and it was clean and comfortable. It is older and could use some updates for sure. The furniture is worn and walls could use painting. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The pool was nice and the breakfast had plenty of options.

Stained comforter cover, dirty coffee maker, bathroom seemed like it had been wiped down, but not scrubbed clean, walls were very scuffed, stairways very dirty, breakfast was mediocre, coffee was very weak and lighter than tea. Could hear people walking upstairs. Didn't stay our second night. Won't stay again. Won't consider Comfort Inn again.

At breakfast I asked for jam and cream cheese, that they always used to have, and the reply was that they don’t have them anymore. The attitude of the person at the counter was not exactly friendly. This is a great location, central to shopping and restaurants. Check in and check out were very easy, as was making our reservation. Our room and bathroom were clean, with beds that were clean but extremely firm. The breakfast was okay, with the usual basic fare. The pool area was the only real negative and I took off significant points for that. The water was cloudy and full of assorted debris. In addition to hairballs I removed a couple of hair ties, a large bead, and an old, rolled up bandage. The worst however was that one of the deep end pool lights was out of the pool, sitting on the edge of the pool (still attached by it’s electrical wires) with a yellow “Caution wet floor” sign over the top of it! I’m writing this so we obviously didn’t get electrocuted but we definitely would NOT have even gone in the pool if we’d seen that before getting into the shallow end. 😬
