Add check in the receptionist was polite and helpful. However, the next night when I returned from a wedding, the room had not been touched. Bed not made, towels, not removed from the bathroom, etc. I notified the person at the desk and the housekeeper, who is a couple of doors down the hallway. The housekeeper told me that my room was not on her list. So I made up the bed myself, and since I was tired, I went to sleep sometime later, I was awakened by the housekeeper, trying to get in through the door.
