We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

The building and unit were so nice, clean and well maintained. The unit had a well stocked kitchen!! The beds were so very comfortable and we loved coming back after long days of hiking. Unit is on first floor right off lobby so no elevator and raft to come and go. The unit was well decorated and my husbands key factor was AC-which was great as there was a heatwave when we were there. I woujd recommend this lovely spot.

Great Condo at Ritz Carlton Residences in Lionshead

This is our third or fourth time staying in this unit. The unit is well appointed with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with shower and jacuzzi and a hall half bathroom, washer and dryer and plenty of storage and space for the family with a large family room and dining area and conveniently located on the first floor near the pool, front desk and restaurant and the property is 100 yards from the In Town bus stop. The proper itself is great with valet parking, pool and hot tubs, a restaurant, game room and gym, ski valet and resort transportation in to town. We will be back for sure!

3rd time back at same property

This was our third time back at the Ritz Carlton residences booked through VRBO. The Ritz Carlton property is wonderful. The staff is great and the location is perfect. This particular unit was very worn out. The furniture was all extremely used, chipped, uncomfortable. The first night that we were there the air conditioning in the unit did not work and they had to bring fans to cool the room below 76. Would definitely stay at property again- just not this unit.

This unit was very clean and conveniently located on the first floor. We enjoyed the coffee from the lobby each morning. The service was excellent and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Kids loved the game room and pool. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location at Ritz. Nice not having to wait for elevator. Ritz patio out front door to make biz calls etc. Layout of condo great for separation of bedrooms and condo lives big! Lounge entertainment and food a huge plus. Thank you!!

Great location, not a great unit

Loved the location however, the staff seemed disorganized and confused so we had to verify often we were getting our bill and not another guest, yet they were always friendly. The Ritz Ski Rental Shop misplaced our ski boots so they asked us to go in the back storage area to help find them. Again, disorganized but were very friendly while trying to resolve issues. Would go back to the Ritz but not recommend this unit - kitchen was missing most glassware, had minimal plates, one wine glass, 3 regular glasses, 2 steak knives, bent colander - basically needs to be fully restocked on kitchenware. Missing basics such as linens & blankets for pullout couch, pillows, so had to ask for them, etc.
