Would NOT Recommend
I was so excited about this stay for Mother’s Day weekend w/ my mom & family. But unfortunately it wasn’t what I had hoped. There’s not even enough characters to explain the multiple issues we had.- Communication from the host was little to none.- Front Desk was rude.- Spent over an hour on the phone w/ customer service trying to find out where & how to check in bc the host sent ZERO info the day prior like they’re supposed to. (Mind you, I had 3 small kids who had been in the car for hrs at that point.)- Once checked in, the unit was 79 degrees & had no A/C which would be fine if it wasn’t Summer. - The unit had several damages like the sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock. (Remember 3 small kids) We had maintenance come look & he laughed & said “yeah that’s broken”.- We had confirmed w/ the front desk a late checkout the day before due to it being Mother’s Day the next day & I just wanted to sleep in till 8. At 9:56 the next morning I had two missed calls & a voicemail stating we had to be out at 10:00 bc the owner was coming so we couldn’t have the late checkout anymore. FOUR mins before they wanted us out. So I called back & she said “well I can give you till 10:30 but that’s it.” So as I’m trying to get 3 kids ready & rushing 4 people out the door, Housekeeping was standing w/ all their stuff outside the door & kept knocking & knocking starting at 10:00 a.m. we were out at 10:15.WORST STAY EVER. & I NEVER give bad reviews so that should tell u something.
