Please check the battery for the lock boxes. My box did not work this and last time. Could you also remind the shuttle to wait for at least one minute at the pickup area at the airport? I was there the other night and began walking towards the shuttle approaching. The gentleman did a rolling stop when he didnt see anyone and drove off. I was litterally near the airport exit door and started walking toward the other end and yelling for him before he drove off. I had to wait another 30 minutes for him to come back.
