Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the airport, however it is loud at night when you're trying to sleep. We'd definitely stay again when we're picking up family from the airport and need to spend the night, before heading to the ferry.

Nicely updated hotel: But the heat in our room didn’t work and from several staff that’s normal for many of the rooms. The front desk provided a small space heater (not what was expected for a newly updated hotel chain). Pool had not opened since the renovation, which was not listed anywhere during booking. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work either, but minor issue. Restaurant staff were awesome & very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Hannah. We had a tiny issue with something not working our room and she quickly got us switched to another room on the same floor and came up to give us our key so we didn’t have to carry our stuff around.
