Worth it!

Preet was an amazing welcoming receptionist. She was friendly, courteous. And gave us a great room. Very nice hotel. Incredibly clean. Will be coming back with great staff like that and a well maintained place!

Decent hotel

Nice hotel and staff; one elevator was out of service leaving only one working. Was pretty old but to be fair they’re making renovations to improve both and modernize it. Room was nice but we were missing two towels and it took about 20 mins or so to arrive. The shower floor was literally peeling off. The Raddison was known for being a more upscale hotel but this was decent. Overall very nice staff and nice room.

A little disappointed

We had to pay for parking but no space left at the front lot so we had to go in the parking structure next building and walked back to the hotel. We had our daughter with us so it was a bit inconvenient carrying all the stuff and walking from the parking structure to the hotel. I guess it would be ok without kids but still you have to consider carrying bags/luggages from a parking structure 5th floor from next building to the hotel building. Would not recommend if you have kids. I guess you can drop off everything at the front entrance and go park, but that's not my point if you have to pay for parking. Room was ok. Bedding was a bit dirty on the bottom sheets. Floor was clean overall. The bathroom has no air out it was very stuffy when we got in and still stuffy during the next morning. It smelled a bit stuffed, a bit uncomfortable. Just a bit disappointed for this stay. The good point is the hotel located right by restaurants and the Aberdeen center so you can walk to the building or getting food close by as needed.
