Always reliable

The Vernon Lodge has been a longtime favourite. Prestige has updated the rooms. The courtyard and pool area is bright and offers a nice break from the summer heat or winter chill.

Pool was cold, mattress on one of the two beds was horribly stained, some of the linens still looked dirty. Maintenance guy never showed up to fix the tv. The best thing about this place was Darrel at the Cabana club by the pool, super nice guy.

Room was very loud with the fan on. You needed the fan on or else the room would heat up too much. It blew really cold air across the beds. The pool was too cold. The hot tub was lovely. Location was great. Front staff were wonderful. Loved the decor.

Some of the beds should really be replaced. They are sunken in. Service at the hotel is still pretty good. The restaurant they were short staffed but more than made up for it with some drinks and discounts. Thank you very much btw!
