Great location, room was clean. Owner didn't want me to book an extra night with Expedia because of fees. Craftsmanship was poor in room and furniture was mismatched and cheap quality. We stayed at a different place in the area with similar costs, but the quality was top notch. Davis Inn is over priced.

The room needs blinds or black out curtains as the sun came in from east. The bathroom is so small -cant even open door to get into shower because it swings toward toilet. The sink in bathroom is so low and no counter space, my wife had to bend over and had trouble doing her make up each day. The kitchen was ok with full isze fridge. The view was ok of river and had nice eating spot for two in front living area. With one bathroom and very small area, 2 adults/ 2 kids challenge for space/comfort Closets have nice storage and rooms with ceilings fans to keep them circulating. good location near boardwalk and close proximity to restaurants at night. safe and clean. Just needs some rennovations to modernize.The space was semi-clean but need to add dishawasher -dont want to wash dishes on vacation or get penalized. no room service during stay. probably not bookk again.
