When I checked into my room, and went to turn the light on 4 roaches came from behind the tv stand. It was so much dust and dirt behind the tv stand and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or swept behind in months

Not sure how this hotel is rated 7.5 because the room was dirty and filled with roaches in our room. We told front staff and they did not even offer to move us into another room. Probably because all the rooms are this way.
