There was some confusion because we booked for one night through Expedia, and then in the afternoon told them we wanted to stay one more night. When we checked back before retiring for the night, the front desk person said nothing had been done, no one mentioned it to her, etc. and because we had booked though Expedia, she had to reregister us ( long process) and gave us a different room that was handicapped accessible. A nuisance to have to change rooms, but we could stay at the hotel still. Original room on 2nd floor and nice open view, bright, airy. Bathroom counter strangely very low, at my thighs, and I'm not tall. Bed comfortable. Carpet worn in places, but seemed overall clean.
New room much noisier from people talking at night outside our door/window, located close to the office and the point where different routes would be taken by guests, so more of a congregation point. The pool was nice, towels are provided; beach is lovely, but the hotel does not have chairs to use. Partner restaurant has beautiful view and location, and breakfast was good with friendly servers. Coffee and tea available in office 24/7.
