Lovely quaint historic hotel with an old Florida charm. I stay here regularly for work travels and it is always a highlight of the trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Beds are top notch comfort all around. Great location in super walkable area. Restaurant downstairs has been delicious every time.

We had a great stay at the Old Colorado Inn. We stayed in the main building which is a historic building that is very well maintained with a number of rooms. There are also very nice cottages you can reserve that looked very nice. The location is great since you are right in the middle of a very nice quaint small town where you can walk to many restaurants, breakfast cafes, coffee shops, clothing and many other shops as well as a very nice boardwalk along the Indian River. The town is also centrally located so it is easy to explore other towns and parks. I was very impressed with how the owner of the hotel maintains the buildings to make sure they are kept up and very clean and he was very attentive to whatever we needed. He really wanted to make sure we had a nice stay which was very nice. He was very welcoming. I do not often take the time to write reviews, but we had a very nice stay, so I wanted to make sure I wrote something up.

We have stayed here twice over past ten yrs. Amazing staff and hospitality. The charm and accessibility is incredible! All facilities are clean and welcoming. Great blanket on the couch for sitting outside on our private deck area. It is exactly what you would expect for a classic and historic building. Old Wood floors but amazing bathroom upgrades etc. classic fixtures and look but treated like you are in a five star hotel! Location is perfect for everything. Walking in the river. Visiting happy hours and dinners at local restaurants. They have their own amazing restaurant also. The restaurant and bar had live music on the Sat nite we were there and we loved it. Service at bar was amazing. All the guests around us were so friendly. Music was loud in our room until 10pm since we were right above it. But we loved it in person sitting at the bar. Stay till the end! If you are a light sleeper, maybe not the best choice being in the downtown area and close to train tracks. (Few blocks, but very audible early morning) If you stay in rooms on front of building facing Colorado street you will have to accept the trash trucks for surrounding businesses and their beeping every morning at around 545 and 7 am. Food trucks and Beer trucks also delivering right outside of our window since again, lots of local restaurants and bars. This is not a reflection on the Inn. It’s just life. Would absolutely stay again- and bring earplugs! Love the place.

Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the street made the area noisy during the day, but that was not a problem for us. Check in was easy and contactless, so we didn't interact with staff, other than by phone. It was nice to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, and close to the riverwalk.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay. Our instinct prior to arrival is that we should have booked for longer, we were correct. If we get to visit again we will definitely stay here at the Old Colorado Inn.

There were a couple of hiccups with A/C but the owner stepped in and handled everything very quickly. I was very pleased. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Colorado Inn from check in until the time we left! It was great to learn more about the history of the hotel, the location is unbeatable with a reserved parking lot and the ability to get anywhere you’d want in Downtown Stuart by walking or tram and the room was great! Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed- can’t wait to return!

Cute “mom and pop” inn. Very comfy. Great location. Close to restaurants, coffee shops & the waterfront. Would stay again if we come to the area.
