Great hotel- shame spa closed for maintenance.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with well-appointed room. Design is the perfect combination of sleek modern style with vintage touches. Generous sized room with lots of lovely personal features. Friendly, helpful reception staff, great gym and spa facilities and location is very close to the central train station and the Belvedere museum.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was superb, food and beverage very good and facility was excellent. The location was very convenient for the main train/metro station and walkable to the old town section of Vienna.

very friendly large sauna with window - huge diagonal column in middle of room - loud room, fan noise even with ac/heating off - sauna only open 10-17, information hard to find - loud music in lift Such a restricted room should only be offered with discount and/or free breakfast at the very least. Overall, not nearly as good as other Hyatt properties, like The Standard Bangkok, Park Hyatt Vienna, Hyatt Regency Seattle.
