Unfriendly experience
"We felt very unwelcome when we arrived to hotel. We stoped the car outside of the Hotel to ask where we can park, but the resceptionist came out and told us just to move the car away whitout helping to find a place where to park. We where first time in Ålesund and did not know where to park. We almost changed the hotel due to this unfriendly welcoming.
We had wish for hig floor, but it was rejected even there was not many guest in the hotel at the moment.
The room was clean, but the pillows in the bed where dirty, see the picture.
On the breakfast there was used beer and wine glases on the tables from the evening before, see the picture."
