Property was well lit and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only reason not a 5/5 was the pool was closed for maintenance and the air conditioner was noisy and needed maintenance. When I notified the staff they were happy to make a note to address it.

Upon check in, it was clear the front desk agent didn’t prioritize correctly. She was too busy with paperwork to bother checking us in. The beds were very firm and the pillows were like concrete; we couldn’t figure out what they were made of. The rooms were noisy (other guests). The caulking in the shower made out feel like it was unclean; it needs attention. All in all, the stay was just okay; nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at LaQuinta Waco! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and all the essentials. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Waco. Everything from the amenities to the attentive service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
