Very close to activities in Waco. The staff were attentive. The first room we were in had pet urine on the comforter. Staff allowed us to change rooms. Cleanliness will always be an issue for hotels who allow pets butt do not reserve rooms for pet free clients

We were given room keys, and the second night the keys didn’t work. Two women coming in very late and having to walk all the way around to the front of the building and then the front door was locked as well. Finally got in and explained the situation with her keys and was told that our phone probably kept them from working. My phone was nowhere near my card to get in the hotel room. The other card was left in the room and we tried to use that card once we went out to get ice and it didn’t work and it was never around a phone.
