This is the GROSS I COULDNT EVEN STAY THERE. First of all if I was you I would take this off site because to have someone spend $200 to stay in a place where the lady working at the front desk (first of all I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check in cuz no one was at the front desk, i kept calling helpline there was no answer) then the lady finally came up and she looked like she was on every drug in the book, seriously scary looking. my room smelled, I can't even explain the smell it was weird a really weird smell everything was dirty the bed had like wet marks on it the sheets were clearly not washed looked like shoe prints. it was just absolutely disgusting obviously I was too scared to even consider going in the tub not to mention as you walk down the hallway to leave all you smell is meth smoke so something to think about this property is to me a motel experience a $20 night motel experience not worth the money absolutely disgusting Beyond disappointed I just left and went home thank God I live close! Just GROSS!

The assistant manager give me the key for a standard room and I when to front desk and I when to talk to the assistant manager and she told me that someone already had the room and wasn’t able to access the room but at first she told me that it was first to come and I was there at first and the person who’s had the room already he wasn’t even there it was a uncomfortable situation with my family I pay almost 300 dollars and I was getting a room that didn’t meet the standard that I pay

We liked the aesthetic and welcoming feel of the lobby and lounge area. It was not pleasant showering with the hard water. A water softener system is definitely needed there. The dead bolt on out door was not working and that was worrisome.

Felt safe, room was nice enough. Pool seemed fine. Hot tub... I was really grossed out. Looked like mold, needed a thorough cleaning; we both passed on that. Whirlpool in room was an okay trade though. Breakfast was not good, I don't eat powdered eggs, greasy hashbrowns or Luke warm sausage if I can help it. We grabbed coffee and scooted to find a real breakfast. Two parties waiting while gal at desk was on lengthy call at check in. So it was a bit of a mixed bag stay probably would not book again.

We stay here a lot over the last several years. Property is getting more and more run down. A/C struggled to cool room. Room was very damp…carpet and even bedding was damp. They need to start updating this place…at $200 a night I will start staying down the road for a better options.

Everyone was wonderul but the room just stank. It was cleand and the jetted tub was clean too but for some reason there was an awful odor in the room itself.
