I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Customer service was lacking. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of comfort and professionalism. Additionally, we were denied a refund for an unused night, despite needing to depart early due to unsafe travel conditions. The pool also remained out of service for the entire duration of our stay, with no communication or updates provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be selecting alternative accommodations in the future.

The hotel was ok and the staff was friendly. However i want to warn anyone who plans to stay here because there is a resturant next door beware. The resturant is called "the 99" servers are not very friendly and they have a strict 2 drink max limit. I wasnt planning to drink all night and cause any trouble but for a person whos spent theast 20 years on the road sleeping in hotels and eating at restaurants every night of the week. 2 beers is a little strict. To top it off the waitress became very rude when i politly questioned the rule.

Staff was VERY courteous! We came from Tampa over the weekend. Hotel seemed nice and clean. One thing I would suggest is changing the eggs.They aren't good and taste fake Also, we have received goody bags at other locations, but not this one. Overall great experince

The woman who checked me in provided a great experience. She represented your brand well! The gym was great- loved the updated equipment, nice and clean. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good- nice offering included with my stay! Parking was close, convenient and safe. Will definitely be back!
