Everything was great from the breakfast to the pool. The pool was one of the cleanest I had used in a hotel, there was no floating hair in the water or other questionable things. The breakfast was good pretty avarage had decent options

Keycards deactivated at 10:30 with checkout being at 11 resulting in less time to ensure all belongings were gathered. Unable to get back in, i checked my luggage to see if I had everything, I did not. I called to advise I would return in a couple hours to retrieve the items that were left. I was placed on hold and advised there was a single sock and a tube of makeup. The items that were left totaled over 200 dollars. No issues with hotel itself.

The only thing i had an issue with was the extra 50.00 tacked on when we arrived that we were not notified of. One was a 25 dollar hotel fee which she said should be added back to my card Monday or Tuesday and the other was a charge from city of Warrensburg that they tacked on. My total stay cost me 209.00 for a 1 room 2 bed stay for 1 night which i found pretty steep. It was just a grandma with a 4 and 6 year old.
