Overall the hotel is fine. I stayed there for 4 nights with breakfast not included. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the spa. However, some improvements could be made: - There’s no information about the hotel in the room. Maybe it was broadcast on TV but I never turned it on. I would appreciate if there was a leaflet or something for telling me what’s included in the spa and what can I use in the hotel. This information was provided by the staff when asked. - I had a room with a bathtub since I lack physical mobility and taking shower in the bathtub is more convenient. However, the amenities (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner) were so high up that I still had to stand just to be able to take soap. That doesn’t bring any value to the bathtub as it’s not really safe if you have any kind of mobility issues. - No complimentary tea zone in public areas is a bit weird since I know that cheaper 4-star hotels have it. Room tea was a bad quality as it colored the cup right away.

Overall very fine, however the sink was broken when I arrived, it didn't take long to get it fixed. But still, they should have checked that before the new guest arrives. The room stank for a while after they dug up all the disgusting stuff in the drain. Most of the employees at the reception were very nice, but a few female receptionists seem like they have chosen the wrong job, seems like they have a bit of an attitude problem.

Stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw for 4 nights. Overall, it was decent — about what you'd expect from a premium hotel, but nothing outstanding. The room was average-sized with all standard amenities, and the gym was very well equipped. Some negatives: toiletries weren’t replenished during my stay, the swimming pool was very small, and there was no full-length mirror in the room or bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t fully cover the frame, causing a bit of water to leak out after showers (but nothing major). Also, the €6 room service delivery fee felt excessive for this level of hotel. Good stay overall, but a few small details took away from the experience.
