It was okay overall. We did have an issue with the hot water on the first morning which meant we had to take a shower in barely warm water. Thankfully they were able to fix it for us later that day. The room though was cold and the heating unit didn’t have a lot of effect. Rooms are a good size and it wasn’t too noisy. It was generally clean. The hotel could do with a new coat of paint and some upgrades as it looks very tired. Relatively easy to get into DC and there are some good options nearby for groceries and food. You get exactly what you pay for in the price range.

There were roaches in the breakfast area and a black bug in our room. It’s hard to tell from the pictures online but all the room doors are exterior, not in a hallway. It’s an old motel. No elevator. Weak Wi-Fi that couldn’t log in our devices due to over usage. Would not recommend.

Paper thin walls, could have aconversation through the wall with room next door. I also asked for a pet-free room, however the room came with complimentary pet cockroaches! This place is screaming for an overhaul.
