The room was spotless and met my basic needs. I enjoyed the breakfast station available for 4 hours, and the convenience and proximity to the trendy spots, even though I did not have much time to explore because of the busy conference.

Not the most comfortable bed of all time but the location and service was tremendous. Went to a concert at Songbryd and the place is just a few minutes away walk from there and Union Market. Fire alarm battery needed replacing and maintenance was there shortly after I called the desk. Front desk staff was great. The hotel could benefit from some freshening up but not a bad stay at all.

Room is great BUT the parking directions and how to navigate from homewoods suites parking was never explained in detailed. We were moving up n down for 30min only to call the front desk n told to walk towards the gym whdn on the 2nd floor of HW. We were never informed that Breakfast was at homewood suites. So I only drank coffee at Hampton n day 2 I inquired, and then I was told to go to zHW. Bottom line. Direct correctly and mention breakfast location. That was Sat and Sun Feb 1 and 2nd. Rooms are neat, shower is great.

The staff was courteous, the rooms the last two times I stayed had odors and the air quality seemed to be poor. The AC/heat unit probably needs to be cleaned and serviced. The stench of Marijuana in the parking garage was ever present as was in most of the City.

The staff was very unhelpful and made my wife and me feel unwelcome. The room itself was clean, but the shower door was broken and off its track. We informed the front desk, and they seemed unsure of how to handle the situation, so my wife and I were unable to shower. Then, at 10:30 p.m., they sent someone to inspect the shower while we were trying to sleep. The gentleman spoke very little English and gave me a serious attitude when I asked him to leave. Overall, I will not be returning to this hotel.
