Upon checking in, I was warmly greeted. The check in process was super easy! The area we were in was very accessible to a lot of the spots that we wanted to visit. Our room was huge and super clean! The bathroom was very nice and loved that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We would totally stay here again if we are ever in town.

Very nice hotel. The people at the front desk were kind but they seemed understaffed. I was put on hold for a really long time when I called and they weren’t responsive to messaging. The toilet was clogged upon arrival but they did have someone there within 15 mins of calling to fix it.

The shade blind did not go up or down. (It was in the down position) The thermostat on the wall did not work. Called for assistance, they came while we were out . Checked when we got back and still neither worked. Staff was pleasant. Floor could have used a vacuuming. But overall a good place, right near the Metro.

I paid for a king size bed. Arrived and was checked into a room that stunk of Cigarettes. Couldn't even breath talk more or having my new born in there, I had to request a room change and ended being checked into a room with QUEEN bed. My experience was poor

Wish there was an option for free breakfast, or that there were more options included in the $19 buffet options. They did have other options avail to order but the buffet was limited and for $19, it'd be nicer to have better/more options.

Very quiet, clean, nice staff. I had a training at the other Hilton location on Stafford but I preferred the Garden Inn location. Lots of great ethnic restaurants nearby plus the Courthouse Plaza.
