First of all, the staff was great!! The two star review was towards the room itself. I didn't care about the size. It was very clean also. My complaint was due to the banging noise from either the pipes or elevators. Do not let them put you in room 316. It is right outside the elevators. I didn't mind hearing the happy patrons just the weird banging noise that kept my daughter and I awake so we checked out early so we didn't have to sleep there again.

Chinatown is a dump. Hotel not great. Stay away.

I was hoping to enjoy some of the vibrancy of being downtown in a big city, but Chinatown is awful. Open drug use, crazy people screaming, vagrants, you get a little of all of that day and night. The hotel room was ridiculously small and inefficient. I can handle one or the other but not both. There was no place to put our bags and no view anybody would want from our window. They have a rooftop bar, but it closes at 9:30 pm. They didn't tell us that when we checked in so we missed it. What bar anywhere closes at 9:30 pm? I booked this in part because of the Hilton name. Hilton should take its name off this one.

Thank you for a great stay. I appreciated the ability for a late check-out and the warm welcome. Clean room and comfortable bed that is in a central location, walkable to many attractions, dining options, and conveniences. There’s a Walgreens that is nearly only 20 steps out the hotel doors, in case you forget anything. There’s also metro transportation right there too.

The room is tight for two people, but it makes a clever use of all the space. I loved that there were hooks and shelves everywhere to store things, and space under the bed. The gym was pretty good, and F&B onsite is handy. Close to transit. For one person it’s would be great.

Great price and location exceptionally clean modern hotel and room. Friendly staff. Room was just a little too small didn’t know til check in also no ice machine or fridge. I’d stay there again but only in a regular size room.
