Bed was very comfortable. Clean room. Good shower. Clean floor. No smoke smell at all in our room, even though the casino floor was extra smoky in my opinion. Good price for our multi-day stay. Really enjoyed the live concerts upstairs by Jackson Snelling.

I'm docking this from a five-star review because the restaurant served meh bar food. Also, one reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was basically the temperature of bath water, and the jet system was only putting out only mild bubbles. Don't think we'll be back.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything clean. My only issue was no comforter on our bed, to use the pool was a challenge due so many kids without parents, jumping and running so we used the hot tub for around 10 minutes and out we went because it was crazy. The kids will jump from the hot tub to the pool and you’ll get splash with cold water. No coffee machine in our room either. The Caesar’s cards for the casino never worked so that so called 10$ weren’t used. If you go in the summer it’ll be perfect as they are next to the lost Island water and theme park. Mile and half down you can find all sort of stores. Overall it was ok, next time will be better prepared.
