Love this place, we’ve stayed here a few times for state wrestling weekend. However, this time our room had food on the floor, food crumbs in the drawer, food splashes on the wall, and dog food on the floor. Which started making me question whether the sheets were clean. Again, I’ve enjoyed the place in the past. Hopefully this isn’t the new normal.

I really liked the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room. The blond bartenders at the casino were about the rudest I have ever come across. Not only to my wife and I, but everyone I witnessed. Wasn't sure if this review was for both of just Hotel. But all 5's for Hotel portion. Thanks for the stay.

Uncomfortable sleep

Flat Pillows and uncomfortable beds. Don't know what happened it used to be super plush. Now no comforters on the bed. The sheets are stiff and scratchy, and the pillows are so flat. You’d be better off without one. The rooms were either too hot or cold.

I had an emergency and had to cancel my next day stayed…. I had bought my stay through hotels.com and could not get in contact with them. At the end of the day, my 911 resolved and I called them back to reinstate my stayed and they did magic. Thank you for helping me out. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The room was super cleaned and roomy. The room was very spacious and bed was super nice. The pillows were nice and firm.

Ruined weekend!

Visited for a much needed couple retreat after a long year and a lot of medical complications. Unfortunately our first room was covered in blood, second room was covered in cigarette burns and third room was filthy so we stuck with the 2nd room just because the “host” claimed there weren’t any other rooms or options. We couldn’t utilize the pool or hot tubs because the amount of children running rampant unsupervised. Security wasn’t enforcing the age requirements or the adult swim times. Overall what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into stress, bad moods and arguments over the hotel. Not to mention being grossed out. We chose this hotel because in the past it was a great place to stay. Apparently a lot can change in a years time. Very disappointed!
