My previous stays at this hotel chain were always fine. However, this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. Not only did our toilet, not flush properly, but the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time you used it. We requested room service at 8 o’clock in the morning and at 4:30 when we returned to the hotel, nothing was clean. When I called the front desk, they responded housekeeping was gone for the day. No apology no explanation. The pool was dirty and stinky twice. We had to call to get towels replaced because there were none left. The pool area specifically designate an adult needs to be in supervision at all times. However, there were at least 10 to 12 young teen boys in the pool being rough and loud. There was no adult in there with them and we were unable to use the pool until they left an hour later, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Bang for the buck !

Came here to stay after a visit to A-Bay with my family. Great room - clean and very surprising. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety ! Kids loved the pool session. Would stay here again :)

The room was excellent and spacious, great location, and tge staff was very nice and curtious, the only down side was we stayed 2 nights with 2 teenagers and housekeeping never came once to refresh our towels or take out trash or clean up. And we were gone most of o e whole day! But other than that it was great. And yes i would still stay again.

First night air conditioner was broke and extremely noisy. Desk attendant claimed there were no other rooms available but he’d send a service person which he did not & did not even record the complaint. I found this out the next day when I inquired again. They finally fixed it.

July 2025 Stay

The room was not as clean as usual and the lights behind the bed just came on about 1am waking us and the alarm went off at 6 am, we should have checked the alarm but the lights were random. The room was not as clean as we are used to. The shower curtain was ripped and the drain plug pulled out.
