A lot of stuff was broken in the room but I will say the staff did remedy that . Our key cards wouldn’t work and had to back to the staff multiple time to get the card reprogrammed

Stink, stank, stunk!

The whole building stunk of incense and curry. It was so disgustingly strong, I had to come & go through the back door since I was at the end of the hall. The outside looked neglected and un-cared for, nothing like the picture & the pillows were these small, square, hard as little bricks. Awful stay.

Stayed here at a quick stop on a business trip. The hotel was quiet and clean, but the room felt incredibly dated, the TV wouldn’t work and the mattress was not comfortable at all. We probably will opt to drive a bit further next time.

We stayed here many times in the past, but definitely won’t be returning. The shower drain was clogged up, the TV didn’t work properly, the mini fridge made a high pitched noise constantly. The furnace smelled like it was burning up when we turned it on. The hotel burns incense that is incredibly strong smelling. I had a headache the entire 4 day stay. Upon returning home everything smells like that incense including my suitcase. My debit card had additional charges after we checked out. I called to inquire about those charges. They said we broke the furnace/ air conditioner switch. We absolutely did not, and the room was a one star at best. I would avoid staying here!!!
