Disppointing

Disappointing. Room was large but deceptive. Seems the bathroom was an afterthought. I’m not a large person and felt very cramped in bathroom. Breakfast was not good. Service was late both mornings we stayed there and the crowd of people was getting irritated. Parking is horrible. The pool is subpar and the hot tub was dirty. The only positive about the place is the gym. It truly is a gym and not an exercise closet like other hotels. Given the choices in the area we will definitely stay somewhere else next time

Dont stay here.....

Went there with 3 different families lack of staff we asked for 2 pillows never got them we were told they didnt have any. Thwy closed the lobby for a adults only party and then a pool party. Not sure what happens but i was told it gets wild. The party made the fire alarm go off at 1am woke everyone up, when i called they just laughed it off. Never again good try.

State bowling weekend

The building was amazing. The pool (hit tub) was supposed to be adults only after ten pm. Could not get into the hot tub at 1015 due to all of the kids. When we finally were able to, there were no towels available. On friday night we met our friends at the bar the female bartender was more interested in serving the male patrons while my girlfriend and i sat empty for quite some time without being acknowledged or served. Come to find out the other bartender on was drinking with her friends in the lobby and not assistsing the one bartender. Sunday morning wanted to purchases a beverage from shop and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no service before returning the beverages to the fridge and not purchasing them as no one was available to pay. Both nights and mornings you were woken up by children running kn the halls continuously and also in the rooms above for well over 2 hours in the early morning hours. The rooms were great. Bed was comfy however the service and ability to control other guests was lackluster at best.

From arriving at the hotel to our departure 6 days later it was a very enjoyable experience. The reception staff on arrival and departure were extremely professional and courteous. The bedroom had everything needed for a holiday. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and well equipped! Totally recommend!

the hotel is really nice with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable (the comfiest hotel bed I've slept in in a long time), clean and quiet. Excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel!
