I stayed here for around 9 weeks while attending something in Charlotte. It was small but perfect, everything I needed for my stay. Thank you to Maggie for letting me use her place.

Great for a business person

Host is on point with communication, hospitality and taking care of the property. If working in the area, it's perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to shopping and food. Wouldn't recommend side B for a couple but, side A/renting the whole house would be plenty of space for a couple or family.

The location was great just a 5 minute ride to the great Waxhaw downtown. Maggie did communicate well. The interior was clean.Those were the pluses. However...The exterior was terrible. The small house looked like it hadnt been painted in YEARS. The pictures were deceiving. The side fence is half falling down. There is a sign saying keep off the grass , and there are weeds growing everywhere. The square footage was described as 300 square feet.No way! Its about 200 square feet, and that includes the bathroom which is probably 50.My wife and I stayed here for 12 days.Not good for 2 people! We were tripping over one another.. It may have been okay for 1 night, or okay for a single person for a couple of nights.Unfortunately we couldnt wait to get out.We ended up having a good vacation because we stayed in Charleston a couple of days and were able to meet a few friends, and the location of this place was close to town, but next visit will be a hotel for sure.

Cute and comfortable

We had a great stay at Maggie’s property. Everything was clean and well organized with lots of labels for where things are located and how to operate everything. Very close by to grocery stores and the Main Street area in Waxhaw. It was great to have a place nearby to our friends who live there.
