Booked room to sleep 5-6. Room given was two queens. Then told for extra money I could get a cot brought in. Closet door fell on my head not once but three times Requested a luggage rack. Took a while day to get one. Requested extra towels and pillows. Had to call down a few times before they were brought up. Cot that was brought in was broken Mini fridge not cold To top it off there was no hot water on the last day.

Person at front desk was not friendly, not personable. The hotel needs to restretch the carpet, someone is going to trip on the ripples. Breakfast was tasty, but workers were in the corner with each other, website said there was a pool. Didn’t mention that it was closed for the season. Sorry guys, I won’t be back. Disappointed.

I don’t recommend this hotel.the bed sheets were not changed and I found hairs on the pillows and under the sheets. Also the shower head fell off and was leaking, poor water pressure. Not enough breakfast for all the guests and carpets are very old and dirty. Kitchen staff were rude. Walls and equipment in the room are so old and worn out. Noisy AC as well.

The red lion in Wenatchee is a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are clean and housekeeping provided me with an iron when asked. The breakfast is excellent with all the normal options and waffle station. Will stay again when I make my way to Washington again.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay in Wenatchee for a reasonable price. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of food and drinks. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking at the hotel was also easy, with lots of spots available and safe.

The most challenging part of our stay was the guests in the room above us. They were pacing the squeaky floor—our ceiling— ALL NIGHT! We were not able to sleep. We did not stay a second night.
