Nice getaway spot.

Very close to great beaches. Comfortable beds. Kitchen needs updating, but it was fairly well supplied.

Conveniently located to beaches (drive), restaurants, Rail Trail, boat rentals. Quiet neighborhood. Enclosed backyard would be good for families with young children. Beds are not super comfortable, but the living room furniture is new and comfortable.
