We liked the easy access to the hotel as we were passing through Witchita Falls, TX. The room was spacious, and the staff was all very friendly. Our only complaint was that the only exercise bike in their gym was broken. The dashboard had been busted, and you couldn’t program or start any pre-stored exercise options. We let them know it wasn’t working. Hopefully, they will replace it with a new one! Otherwise, it was clean and a nice place to stay for the reasonable cost!

The Baymont was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the tv in our room, maintenance come in and replaced the tv. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I would recommend anyone who is coming to the Wichita Falls area to stay with them.

This was my second time to stay at this property as I come to visit my daughter who recently moved to this area. I feel very safe here as I sometimes don’t when I travel by myself. The neighborhood is very quiet, convenient, and overall safe. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating when I asked for an upper room in a corner that was quiet. I did not have any issues at all as I stayed here for three or four nights. I will definitely be coming back here when I come visit my daughter.

I was disappointed. Typically this is a great hotel. But it's gone down hill, since the last time we stayed. It's not as clean, the bathroom was not clean. There were black mold looking spots on the walls in the bathroom. Only had 2 Towels in the room. None of the charger ports in the lights worked. The breakfast was not good, tastes and looked like it is cheap powder eggs. No milk, no coffee at 830am when breakfast ends at 10am. Very disappointed. On a good note. The front desk staff was amazing 👏 she was incredibly friendly.

When we checked in, it seemed like the room had not been finished with the cleaning process. One towel in the bathroom not even folded as normal, one hand towel in the sink area and that was it. We were rushing to get changed and be at my grandsons graduation in Archer City, so I didn’t address the towels until Saturday morning. I talked to the GM in the hallway and she said they were drying towels. I told her I needed a towel pretty soon to be able to get ready for the day. Housekeeping brought three towels and I have never seen such terrible towels, so thin you could almost read a newspaper through them. I then found a pair of black dirty socks in a corner by the bench as you walk past the bathroom wall. The price for the room was too high and after all of the above, we will not stay here again.

It was okay.

Air condition worked amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Although, in the description when I was booking, I ordered 2 queens, and a roll out bed. When I called to see if they could add a roll out bed they told me that room did not accommodate a roll out bed. Other than that, the stay was okay.
