Don’t stay here! It is way past its prime. Old and lacking in every aspect. Pool & fitness room are closed. Phones don’t work. AC works independently of the thermostat. Breakfast is a far walk away. It is not handicap accessible. No bedside clock. Etc, etc

View was great, breakfast was minimal but good every morning. Waffles, maple sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, yogurt, milk, juice, and various toast/bagels. Early check in was only $25 extra. Loved this hotel!

Woodlands was a disappointment. We could not sleep both nights because of the very loud people coming and going on the hall and courtyard, between midnight and 4 am. The toilet in the bathroom had a problem so I had to fix it every time we flush it. Then we had to go to the counter to ask por soap, shampoo and for 2 extra towels. The room I booked was for 5 people. They gave us one with two small beds for the four of us, which had a moldy smell. Bad breakfast, not worthy for what we paid.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The property has some sore spots that seem they’ve had better days. Peeling wallpaper, spiders in the corners of hallways etc. We were sad the indoor pool facilities weren’t available.

This is false advertising. The rooms are disgusting. The internet and tv did not work. The outlets in the room did not work. The pool and gym were closed. There were bugs in the rooms. I am extremely disappointed this is list as a 4 star hotel it was the worst hotel I have ever walked into. I had to leave and book a new hotel, I am still waiting for my refund that I was told I would be getting.

1) Two main reasons for choosing the Woodlands was the fitness center and hottub. Both closed.... You should have been more upfront about that. 2) The room smelled. Damp musty, like an unfinished basement with a water problem.
