It was a great location convenient to many attractions and close to Vermont. Two things that bothered me was when I checked in I felt like I was being reprimanded for booking through a third party. I booked a Queen bed but was given two double beds and the rate of the room increased compared to when I initially booked. Plus I was charged a booking fee. The carpet in the room was dirty and old and the sheets were washed in a detergent that had a strong scent and made your skin itch. We did tell management and they informed us that they used a third party company to wash their sheets but at least they are aware. We had a short stay so that made things bearable.

The current owners have done an outstanding job of taking an older hotel and updating it. Kay at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast was really good, offering quite an array of choices. One suggestion would be to offer additional vending machines. We would stay here again.

We stayed here 2 nights; we were able to park outside the office door. The night we arrived; we found our room was not cleaned but the owners went right up and took care of it for us. We understand that mistakes happen, and the owners were very apologetic. Breakfast was good (waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt) and is open between 8 and 10. The air conditioner worked and kept the room at our desired temperature but was noisy when running. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure in the shower was nice. They also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash and lotion. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was nice, and it says there are microwaves, but our room did not have one. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends.

Great staff! Fun atmosphere. Great cafe in front of the motel. Clean and mostly updated room. Comfortable bed. Room was super hot in our room as we were right next door to the lobby and their personal living space that had the heat on SUPER warm. Breakfast was minimal.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean room. Was told there was a microwave in the room but there wasn't. Also on more than one occasion a gentleman staying in one of the downstairs rooms was urinating in the creek.

Cozy Corner is a perfect place to stay while visiting Williams College. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and three minutes from campus. Most importantly, the owner, "K," and his family really make you feel like you're at your home-away-from-home. And those Nutella waffles for breakfast..run don't walk! We'll stay there often while our daughter is at Williams!

I have used CCM for years, and every time I go there, some improvement has been added. It is entirely up-to-date in regard to conveniences, and it is evident that this is a fundamental aspect of this motel.

Look, it’s a motel, so yes you will have a window exposed to people walking past your room. But the owner was present, super-friendly, and helpful with everything. And the rooms have clearly been updated - bathroom was super fresh, nice tv;s, beds and everything else were totally good. We enjoyed our stay.
