Staff was very kind, room was clean. Could use a little updating ie the bathroom was extremely small but overall a very pleasant stay. The pet charge that was stated on the website was actually $5 more per night when we checked it as well.

As soon as we walked in, everything looked nice & clean until I had to kill a cockroach as I walked towards the bathroom. Apart from that, it was pretty clean and neat. Breakfast in the morning was a big letdown. It was so crowded that we had to get cereal and a bagel and just take it to our room to eat. The good thing about the inn was that we were able to walk with our 2 young kids to the Ark Encounter with ease & save the parking fee. So location is good if that’s your main focus.

The breakfast items were fresh and provided several food options. The staff was very friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The property is right across the road from the Ark Encounter. A gas station is adjacent to the hotel and right off the interstate. I would stay again.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited but the food was good. The Mexican restaurant across the street was excellent. Their is a gas station on site. The best selling point is it is across the street from the Ark Encounter. I would recommend staying here if the Ark is your final or main destination.

The staff was great! Breakfast was standard, well stocked. The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. The sheets were clean and I appreciated that the mattresses had zipped covers. There was no carpet in the rooms and it looked like it wasnt mopped between guests. As with most hotels now, you dont get maid service unless you request it. The towels were clean until the last day when I picked up a towel and it was streaked with something yellow, thankfully we were on our way out that day. The little restaurant mentioned in the other reviews has been closed for what looks like quite awhile. The motel was right across from the Ark but I wouldn't attempt crossing that road with kids, personally. Overall it wasnt terrible for a budget stay but I probably wouldnt stay there again.
