Our family of 6 had a wonderful time here! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, with a children’s area and playground right nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful scenic views and area.

If your hiking Mt Greylock this is a fantastic location. We arrived late and left early so we didn't get to use anything on the property but it did look at nice place for families to stay it. We did sit by the outdoor fire pit for a while which was cool.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, apartment was spacious and clean. For about the same price as a hotel room, we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a ptl. kitchen (full size fridge with freezer, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, large sink) and resort amenities (indoor, outdoor and kid's pool and a hot tub) and activities.

The property was nice and had activities like a volley ball net and basketball court however no balls were provided. All together the property was very nice but had potential to be nicer. Also daytime front desk staff were not very helpful and actually cranky sounding. Not so pleasant to deal with....

A rare, affordable place in the Berkshires! The scenery is stunning, and we loved the pools (both indoor and out) and fire pit. The staff was friendly, and our room was spacious but dated: the blinds were broken, the doors stuck, the walls were paper thin and our king-size mattress had clearly seen better days (so uncomfortable!) But we were glad to have enough space for three, plus a terrace overlooking the woods and close by the outdoor pool. Fully stocked kitchen as well. We will be back.

We loved this property. We extended our stay multiple times and Brad (property manager) is amazing and so accommodating. The pools and activities keep the kids busy and happy all day. We had a great stay!

Love everything about this place. If you want a true home away from home this is the place. The only miss is streaming abilities for at night, but an extra hdmi to type C cable,and we were all set!

So so...

We stayed for a 3 day weekend. And was given a room that smelled like someone smoked in it before we checked in. The room also had some sort of drainage pipe running through the walls, because we kept hearing running water all night when we tried to sleep. Can't say much about other amenities because we did not use them.
