Dont Stay Here

Homeless people living here long term. Noisy and hotel staff tells you up front they wont handle noise complaints. Staff offered to move us to a different room for our 3rd night after we couldnt sleep due to all the riff raff living there. We hadnt even booked a 3rd night and will never come back to this place. Should have slept in the car and saved money

Coffee-less but comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, the only issues were lack of some standard hotel items, namely a coffee machine, alarm clock and phone. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but the only cups were plastic so using the microwave to heat water for instant coffee wasn't even a possibility. If you don't care about coffee or alarm clocks, we found everything else sufficient.

The Ashford Motel is right off the interstate and ten mins driving distance to Stafford speedway, convenience stores, gas stations, pizza shops, ice cream etc. House of pizza in Stafford is delicious and I definitely recommend!! The motel was very quiet, easy parking, the WiFi was ok, bed was comfy. Easy check in and out. This motel has great rates and was exactly what we needed. We’d stay there again.

It was exactly what I needed- easy and affordable. Some reviewers complained about the loud AC, but it wasn't any louder than any other motel AC, and in fact I found it to be a nice white noise. And it worked great which is the important thing. The room was perfectly clean and the lady at the desk was really nice. It was quiet and felt safe. Like I said it was exactly what I needed and I will definitely book again if I need a place to stop for the night in that area.

Pleasant Stay

The staff here is always pleasant. The maintenance manager is always friendly and helpful and keeps the guests notified of anything happening like temporary water shut off, etc. The room is always clean and has the amenities listed. Overall we will definitely return.
