I would like to explain a situation during my stay and kindly request a partial compensation or discount, not a full refund.
On the first night, I was given a two-bedroom room instead of the one-bedroom room I expected. I still stayed the night. However, there was a bad smell, and the refrigerator was not working. I informed the front desk the next morning.
For the second night, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the refrigerator in this room was also not working. I placed my food and items in the fridge, and in the morning they were spoiled because the fridge did not work.
I immediately contacted the front desk and showed them the refrigerator and the damaged food in person. They saw the items, and I threw them away in the room trash so it could be checked. The value of the damaged items is about $300, and I can show the items and food details if needed.
I am not requesting a full refund. I only kindly ask for a small discount, partial compensation, or credit for this inconvenience and loss.
