Our stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean but the parking was horrible. The parking deck was full and when the front desk was asked what we needed to do, we were told “you can park across the street, other than that, I don’t know what to tell you”. There needs to be a better solution and the hotel needs to put that parking may be an issue on all their web listings.

Check-in was seamless. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was good, a lot of great options. Only negative is that we reserved a large suite with a pullout couch, but was extremely uncomfortable, so needed to make a bed out of the couch. Other than that, I would recommend.

The room appeared to be in good condition upon entry. However, the two elevators floors were dirty and not cleaned the time that my wife and I were there; the hotel is nice, but seem to be poorly managed; and does not have ice buckets in room although it does have a kitchenette.

The surface overview of room seemed good. As I started working with the kitchen items I was very unhappy with the fact that pans in closet were not clean. The floor was not very clean as was the bathroom floor. It was “sticky “ when you walked on it. I put all the dishes in the dishwasher and it was obviously not done properly before we entered. The dishes were unmatched, only 2 coffee cups, plates were not matched (3). I believe the quality of all equipment was not good. In fact after running the dishwasher the soap was not even dissolved. How could the dishes ever get clean???? The dish towels were not really clean nor were the potholders. I was not sure if the room was ever really cleaned thoroughly. In a positive light the staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the fruit left out on the counter in the breakfast room had fruit flies on the bananas. Really unacceptable. Catherine Healy. When I first checked in the room they put me in was occupied. I was then given a new room, which was a downgrade from the one I had picked and paid for. Upon receiving my new downgraded room, there were extremely dirty, smelly clothes in the closet. They did remove them when I asked about 20 mins later. I was extremely tired from my 12 hr drive, and preparing to make another 12 hr drive and had to go up and down 4 times with my 1 year old and all of our luggage and was very hot due to the constant up and down back and forth.

Traveling with adult kids means they don't want to share a bed in a regular hotel room (or sleep on a sofa bed), but getting separate rooms often means being at different ends of the hall. Staybridge offered a suite with rooms and beds for everyone, for the same price as getting 2 typical hotel rooms. It was convenient, clean, and the staff was wonderful. We do wish the "living room" area in the suite had more room for sitting -- another chair or 2, or another sofa would have been perfect.
