Good hotel. Need improved house keeping

The hotel was super ckean but as discussed with front Telugu staff, the house keeper did not arrange any of our beds. We understand towels are changed once every 2 days but two towels for family of three is not good.

From the outside it looks decent. But inside the room, it left a lot to be desired. Large cracks in the walls, black mold all over the bathroom walls/ceiling, finger nail clippings on the sink, rusted shower fixtures, stains on the bed linens. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Hotel had a funky smell in the hallway and within the room.

Negative: I faced significant issues with cleanliness during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I was confronted with a dirty toilet, including an unclean toilet seat. To my dismay, there was hair on my pillows, and the overall room was quite dusty, with trash and dust accumulating behind the bed. This prompted me to inspect further, and I discovered black mold in both the air conditioning unit, windows and especially the bathroom, which posed a serious health risk. Additionally, the cushions on the chairs were stained and there were no clothing hangers. Positive: On a brighter note, I was relieved to find no signs of bugs in the room. The woman serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly, and she maintained a clean and inviting breakfast area, which contributed positively to my stay. The Mexican restaurant next door was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Terrible Service

Visited for a night stay to hike the next day, the TV in the room was not working and had an over all mildew smell. I had my service dog with me and was denied access to the breakfast room the next morning. I was told by staff that my service dog can sit in another room while we eat.... After explaining that he is service and is allowed, the staff member informed me she didn't care and that he wasn't allowed. I proceeded to the main desk to check out. Waited 10 minutes at the checkout desk for a staff member to finally appear from the elevator. Explained the situation of the breakfast room, she proceeded to agree with the staff member. After advising her of my legal rights is when she wanted me to go back to the breakfast room. At this point I was not at all interested in being in the hotel any longer.
