Huonoa: Siisteys ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
When arrived, put in 1 room, had filth in drawers, and missing remote. Was moved to another room, down the hall, juice sfains on floor, toilet and sink undersides were filthy, others personal things left above closet, bathroom was moldy, wall paper all curled away from edges, lock latch was broken off, heater/ac unit had food and dirt all thriugh the vents. Left shoes behind in the first room, and the cleaning lady currently cleaning it told me she didnt find any shoes, but when i checked her trash she had thrown them away. I asked her why she did, why she wouldnt put them in lost and found, or bring them to my new room, as i know she was told that room was being cleaned because of the issues we experienced.
The pool area was clean, plenty of towels.
The front desk staff was verybpmeasant and quick to assist; not their fault for a messy room..... that falls on the cleaners and the managers for not monitoring and correcting issues as they arise.
