Would definitely recommend

We stayed in the family condo for 5 days. It was perfect. The pull out couches could use new mattresses since i ended up with a large bruise fron the support bar. There were a few minor cosmetic things but we had a great time. The staff were all amazing and kind. I think my only complaint would be there was a group of young adults smoking right outside our door.

The Inn is well located for exploring the Wisconsin Dells. Our room was spacious and clean. Service staff was friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions and provided what we asked for. My only complaint was that the TV kept having issues. We would lose the picture but still have sound. It happened twice during our five night stay and was frustrating.

We stay here multiple times during the summer; it’s our go to spot! The rooms are spacious, staff are super friendly, and we especially love the outdoor pool! We normally never have any cons, but this time we did but it was no fault of the property owner. Other guests there in the pool area ruined one of our days. They were letting a small child swim with no swim diaper on and the child did go # 2 in the pool and the guest was yelling swear words when others commented on the situation. This guest then proceeded To scoop the situation out of the pool with the hotel towel, clean up the child, and bring the child back to the pool again with no swim diaper on! I had to report the situation to the owner who then had to shut down the pool to shock the pool. It ruined our day, my stomach, and other guests at the pool were visibly in shock of situation as well. It was unsettling. We have been finding some more rowdy crowds here lately which we don’t prefer because my finance and I come for some relaxation and quiet. We avoid the big resorts for that reason. I hope the pool area can be more regulated and ensuring adults are watching their children. Sometimes younger children show up with no adult. Enforce the quiet time, if there is one.

Great pool and nice grounds. Room is very quiet although outside there were unattended children causing trouble and people partying. But felt safe and my family enjoyed it. Room was a little musty smelling. Probably should get rid of the carpet. Great location.

Has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that is clean and large. We met people from everywhere and enjoyed their company! Management was wonderful Clean and kept up. Our getaway!! Playground game room and volleyball ❤️❤️

As other reviews noted, this property takes me back to when my dad would pile us in the car and drive across the country to visit relatives. Lovely grounds, friendly people. Large outdoor heated pool. Could I wish for more outlets in the room and a firmer mattress? Yes, but those minor details will not stop us from coming back again. Oh! And I wish there was an elevator so we didn't have to lug our suitcase up the stairs.

Clean room except the carpeting is really dirty

My first impression was that the rooms were outdated but clean EXCEPT the carpet. We took our shoes off and walked around a bit and when I glanced at my feet before getting in the covers they were black and I knew for a fact they were clean before that. The same thing with my husband and daughter. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I washed my feet and walked around a bit and they got terribly dirty again which is very disgusting and makes me nervous about a foot fungus. My family and my I wore our sandals in there for the rest of our stay. One other pet peeve was the shower curtain is fabric and can trap a persons dirt and because it stays pretty wet it can breed fungus etc. I am fairly certain they don’t wash them each time just like the bedspreads. Other than that it seemed clean. I appreciated the nice pool, fridge, and microwave. They seem to keep the outside nice with a volley ball net, ping pong, basketball and a mini game room. They also set a nice fire in the fire pit at night and it looked cozy. My Adult son was staying next store and his dresser was broken and did not open correctly and there was a large water stain above his shower which hopefully does not have mold spores. I would not stay here again personally unless they washed or replaced carpets and did some remodeling.

I wish I had known this was a refurbished motel. The property was a bit uncomfortable due to noise from other residents hanging around outside and smoking. Two women and a child felt a bit uncomfortable coming back at night .

Charming hotel

Charming hotel in quiet area yet close to downtown wis dells. Comfortable beds, great pool and bonfire was a plus. Very friendly staff. I would stay again!

Furniture dated but room was good size. Able to hook up to Netflix on TV. Bath had some modernization. Whole place is painted/mowed/trimmed to have a neat appearance. Benches outside rooms. Walking distance to downtown

Great deal in WI Dells

Great, and a really good deal with discounts to mini-golf and Noah's ark passes. spacious rooms. a chair or loveseat in the room would be nice. Kwik trip nearby but mostly need to drive for food
