The guy up front with the lady were rude our room 1 bed had weird stuff all over like sand or something stains all over the sheets stains all over the towels very low shower head it was so gross how drrty it was the hot tub was broken in places the jets were shooting out of the tub the breakfast was waffles yougurt cereal the milk was in a weird container coffee didnt work it was gross absolutely wouldn't recommend this place the vending machines are down so they can sell there own stuff in the lobby

We arrived in the dark, looking for a decent place to sleep after 9 hours driving and many more to go. Check in staff was cheerful and funny until they asked me to hear their spiel about buying in to a resort condo property elsewhere in Wisconsin Dells. Seriously?!? I opted out and left to bring in enough belongings to freshen up and crash for the night. We entered the side door easily as the locking device appeared to have been removed. If security is your thing, you won’t find it here. We should have taken that as an omen but again, we were really tired and ready to sleep. The first room had an unusual odor. The bathtub finish was peeling and large areas under the veneer were exposed. The seam between the tub and the shower walls was lined with a dark mold and there was a tangle of human hair stuck to the shower wall - a veritable Rorschach of gross. Staff was willing to assign another room that was marginally better. Room 2 was farther down the same hallway up a creaky carpeted ramp. Again, the tub was peeling and mildewed - just less so. The tub drain was really slow. Expect to be ankle deep in water after about a minute in the shower. The a/c unit functioned like a loud noise screen that might have been disruptive had we not been exhausted. After a fairly decent sleep, it was light enough to get driving again. Clearly visible in daylight, a heap of about 35 naked mattresses in the parking lot bid us safe travels. Glad to get back on the road!

Room was mostly clean and dry, which served the purpose of having somewhere to stay. I liked the breakfast they provided. Unfortunately there were flies everywhere- in our room, in the hallways, and in the breakfast room. Found a cricket hopping around in the bathroom. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the wall unit for AC only had one setting, so our choices were off or FULL BLAST LOUD
