Not worth the low rate

Overnight stay for a basketball showcase, last minute booking. The ratings on-line were not accurate. Carpets looked as though they had not been vacuumed for quite some time, bathroom floor was dirty, bottom of tub was dirty, debris collected in the corners of the room. It wasn't at all sound proof, all noises could be heard. Also, the side door to get into the building had the locking mechanism removed, anyone can get into the building.

When I booked this room it showed a chair in the room. We got a room with no chair so I had to sleep sitting on the computer chair. I got very little sleep. I cannot sleep in a bed. My husband said the bed was terrible. We did not stay 2 nights like scheduled but the manager was kind and only charged us for one night.

It was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was pretty good, they had lots of options. Love that it was in walking distance to the strip and to a convenient store. Also walking distance to duck boats and jet boats.

The staff and rooms were very clean , the only problem I had was the picture for the room was wrong we were expecting double beds with a sleeper sofa but only received double beds and the room they gave us was quiet but only when nobody was in the pool , our room was directly next to the pool and everyone was really loud but otherwise it was a good stay

As a clearly renovated older facility it was in good shape and well kept. It is confined however by the layouts common of its early origins and that is difficult to overcome without major rework. It’s ok and does the job.

There was nothing that I liked. Starting with the broken tiles in pool area. Continuing to the filthy state of the hotel itself. We didnt wear shoes in the room yet even after a showrr if you walked the room your feet would be black. I also asked for six towels and they said they were in the dryer and gave us three. Ive workd for IGH so Im aware that you have more towels. Broken lights in the parking lot. No screens on the easy to accssess windows. Timeshare companies are ruining hotels now!
